Description
We are delighted to be able to offer for sale this unusual parcel of land that extends to approximately 1.03 acres.
The land has fulfilled different uses over the years, including a small holding, but in recent times has become overgrown and is now in need of cultivation. The land benefits from an excellent length of road frontage from Row Lane to two sides with an historic access point along the western boundary.
Subject to gaining any of the necessary consents this parcel would lend itself to a space to create a conservation project, grow your own fruit and vegetables or just have a place to escape to.
Nitrate Vulnerable Zone
The land does not fall in a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone.
Rights of Way
There are no rights of way, public or private, that cross the land.
Easements and Wayleaves
The land will be sold subject to any existing easements and wayleaves. Full details will be contained in the legal pack.
