Tenancy - The tenancy start date is to be agreed between landlord and tenant (25th of March 2025 is the proposed start date) and the emphasis is on finding the right tenant for the holding and its longevity.

Biodiversity Net Gain - Wiltshire Council is developing a BNG plan for the holding which the tenant will be responsible for undertaking.
