Description - The land and buildings are available to let on an annual Grazing/Mowing Licence from 1st March 2025 to 1st November 2025. 22.55 acres of pastureland in total comprising of 18.48 acres of good pasture land and 4.07 acres of rough grazing and scrub (could be improved by the grazier). The Farm Buildings - The buildings are available from 1st March 2025 to 28th February 2026, considered suitable for storage and handling of livestock.
The farm buildings comprise of four barns in total.
1. 3 bay barn (23.29ft x 38.38ft) with lean to (12.79ft x 9.84ft)
2. 3 bay barn (21ft x 51.83ft) open on two sides with a concrete floor and further yard area.
3. 2 bay open fronted shed with concrete floor (15.75ft x 34.4ft)
4. 3 bay open fronted cubicle shed (17.06ft x 39.04ft) with yard area.

Lot Two - Land at Western Way, Winsham 4.01 acres (1.62 Ha)

Services - Main water is connected to the parcels via field troughs (to be recharged to the grazier).
Directions - From the A30 at Cricket St Thomas take the B3767 south towards Street and after about 1.3 miles turn left at Street Farm into B3162. Continue for just over a mile and a half to Winsham and turn right onto Western Way. Lot Two can be found after a short distance on your left hand side. Continue on the lane for just over 0.3 miles and the gateway to Lot One will be found on your left hand side, at Ammerham.
