Situation - The land is situated between Kennford and Ashcombe within the woodlands surrounding Mamhead. The A380 can be reached about 0.5 of a mile to the north at Telegraph Hill services which connects to Exeter in the north to Newton Abbot in the south. The woodland is surrounded by abutting woodland parcels and the bridleway, Holloway Lane.

Clauses 6.1, 6.2 and 7.1 of the Holding Deposit Agreement shall be read as amended to reflect this accordingly.
