Directions - From Honiton take the A375 towards Sidmouth. At the Hare & Hounds Inn (Putts Corner) turn left onto Seaton Road, continue just over 2 miles then turn left at Roncombe Gate signposted Southleigh. At the next crossroads turn left into Ball Lane, signposted Farway. The land will be on the right half way down Ball Hill, marked by our sale boards.
